Each of our two rooms (which are separate from the main house) has beautiful timber floors, raked ceilings, French doors onto your own deck with Adirondack chairs for your comfort while you take in the beautiful views or just enjoy the sound of the running Broughton Mill creek. Reverse cycle air conditioning, queen size bed, beautiful cotton linen, ensuite with in floor heating, snugly soft towels & spa bath, a totally equipped kitchenette that is fully stocked for a hearty country breakfast. Iron /ironing board. For your leisure times each room have a LCD TV, DVD, and CD player. We have a home gym available for those who wish, as well as push bikes for the very keen. BBQ available upon request. Interconnecting door between the rooms if required.
About Serendipity Main House
Sandy has a great love of gardening that you will appreciate as soon as you enter the property with cottage gardens galore, the beautiful Azalea garden, the tropical birch grove, the old world rose garden or the orchard. The lastest addition is the beautiful gazebo,If you have a love for nature or enjoy wildlife you will get the chance to see water dragons, kookaburras, in fact a very colourful variety of bird life and if you are lucky you might even see a platypus that have made our creek home. Why not have you wedding ceremony in our garden!

Windsor cottage is a newly renovated 3 bedroom cottage, sleeps 2-6 people with two Queen beds and two singles, Has a peaceful garden to enjoy the bird life and a short stroll into Berry township The fully equipped kitchen will meet all your needs with dishwasher and microwave as well as washing machine, dryer ironing board with iron on hand if required .
